The deal when you get the free checklist or buy the Used EV Kit.
Last updated 28 September 2026. These terms cover wonderfulev.ai, the free battery checklist and the Don't Get Burned Used EV Kit. Using the site or buying the kit means you accept them.
Wonderful EV is part of Empty Vessels AI a global EV software company, based in Melbourne, Australia. ABN 30 700 003 498. Contact us about privacy at support@wonderfulev.ai.
The free checklist: a one-page PDF of battery checks, sent by email.
The Used EV Kit: a PDF of 40+ pages in the edition for the region you choose (Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada or New Zealand), plus the web Inspection Score. It's a one-off purchase. No subscription, no account.
The kit costs $9.90. Buyers in Australia pay A$9.90 including GST. Everyone else pays US$9.90, and your bank may add a currency conversion fee. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your card.
Straight after payment we email you a download link. It works for 30 days and up to 25 downloads. If it runs out or goes missing, ask for a fresh one from the Inspection Score page or email us.
The kit is licensed to you for your own use. Print it, keep it on your phone, take it to the car yard. Please don't resell it, share the files or links publicly, or republish its contents. The words, design and scorecard belong to us.
The checklist and kit are general information to help you ask better questions. They are not financial, legal or mechanical advice, and they aren't an inspection of any car. They don't know the car you're looking at. Before you buy, have a qualified person inspect the car and test the battery.
Battery health figures, tester names, prices and rules come from third parties and public sources, and they change. We check them carefully when we write each edition, but we can't promise they're complete, current or right for your car. The Inspection Score is a guide to your own judgement, not a verdict. The decision to buy, haggle or walk is yours.
If the kit has a major problem, for example it doesn't download or isn't what we described, you're entitled to a refund. Email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out. A refund switches off your download link and the Inspection Score.
If you're in the EU or UK, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get your money back, even after downloading.
Buyers everywhere keep any rights their own consumer laws give them. Nothing in these terms takes those away.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from buying, not buying or negotiating on a car, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the kit. Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, we limit it to supplying the kit again or refunding what you paid. None of this limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Don't try to break into the site, get around download limits, scrape it, or overload it. We can cancel links used that way.
When you ask for the checklist, you agree to get it and one follow-up about the kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Receipts and download links are part of your purchase and still arrive after you unsubscribe. How we handle your information is on the Privacy page.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live somewhere with consumer laws you can't sign away, you keep those rights and can use your local courts.
